Refund policy

At TryTanBoost, your satisfaction is our highest priority. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. We do not charge any return handling fees.

To start a return, simply email us at trytanboost@gmail.com, and we'll guide you through the process with clear instructions and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

TryTanBoost is not responsible for any changes made by customers to promotional offers, product quantities, or discounts during checkout. Orders completed with modified quantities or altered promotions are not eligible for additional shipments, price adjustments, or compensation after purchase.

Once your return request has been approved, we will send you instructions explaining how and where to return your package. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For hygiene reasons, certain personal care products cannot be returned if they have been opened or used. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest option is to return the original product and place a new order for the item you want through trytanboost.com.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
