Lost or Missing Packages
TryTanBoost is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer during checkout. Please carefully review your billing and shipping information before placing your order.
If a shipping error is caused by us, we will take full responsibility and send a replacement order at no additional cost.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.
Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days, depending on your location and local carrier services.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please note that tracking may not be available immediately and, in some cases, may be unavailable for certain free shipping methods.
My Tracking Says "No Information Available"
Some shipping carriers require 1–3 business days to activate and update tracking information after your package has been shipped.
If your tracking has not updated after 7 business days from the shipping confirmation date, please contact us and we'll be happy to investigate.
Will My Order Arrive in One Package?
Yes. All items included in the same order are shipped together in one package.
